Happy New Year!

Sorry for the radio silence, I am pleased to say that it is because i have been super busy. As well as doing a lot of my own orders I have also been doing an internship at the fabulous Konditor and Cook. I did 6 weeks as a baker and 6 weeks a decorator, it was great fun and i learnt a lot. It was a brilliant experience to be in a professional kitchen, especially at such a busy time of year. I now have lots of ideas and new skills to put into practice, watch this space! I am also going to update my gallery with some of my latest creations.
